【How to Place an Order】

When you visit our online store from outside Japan, a purchasing service banner (Cart Button) will automatically appear at the bottom of the page.

1. Add your desired items to the dedicated overseas shopping cart.

2. Complete your payment on the checkout screen.

3. The purchasing service will buy the item from us on your behalf and handle the international delivery to your address.

【Shipping Fees & Customs Duties】

* Shipping Fees: International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items and destination country.

* Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

【Cancellations, Returns & Inquiries】

* Cancellations & Returns: Once an order has been placed through the proxy purchasing system, cancellations, changes, or returns are generally not accepted except in cases of damaged or defective items.
